Some suggestions to consider
- Plan ahead. Place freeze-drying into your budget when planning an event.
- Call ahead. If possible, call ahead of your event to inform Memories Bi-Design that you will be bringing in flowers. Advance appointment times are needed for any evening and weekend times.
- Appoint someone to care for and/or deliver your flowers for you.
- Note that some flowers will change color slightly. Whites will become cream and other flowers will darken. Not all flowers preserve as well as others. We will do our best to preserve your flowers in the best possible condition.
- You do not need to choose a keepsake container or bring in your memorabilia when you bring in your flowers for the drying process. Because you deserve our undivided attention, we will call you when your flowers are dry to set up an appointment time for you to come in and select your favorite frame or keepsake.
- A 50 percent, non-refundable deposit on keepsake boxes, frames, glass pieces, wreathes or others is required on all orders. The non-refundable cost to freeze dry is due in full before we begin the drying process.
